Math is EVERYWHERE!

Math is EVERYWHERE!

Math is all around us, and our preschoolers are constantly discovering it in meaningful and engaging ways. Whether we are intentionally teaching math skills through games and hands-on activities, or children are noticing shapes, numbers, and patterns in their environment, math is woven into everything we do.

Take a moment to watch this short video to see some of the ways preschoolers naturally interact with math: Bing Videos. You can also explore this helpful article on incorporating math into daily routines: Making Math a Part of Everyday Preschool Routines - good2know.

Be sure to check out the photos of our Westshire preschoolers having fun as they explore math in a variety of creative and playful ways!
